Community Guidelines
Detailed standards for respectful participation, safety-critical information, genuine listings, commercial integrity, reporting, moderation and appeals.
Effective date: 19 August 2026
TTM.plus is for practical, trustworthy traffic-management industry activity. These standards apply anywhere members interact through the Platform.
Where the Guidelines apply
These Guidelines apply to profiles, jobs, company pages, marketplace and equipment listings, training and event listings, Knowledge Hub contributions, forum posts, chat messages, replies, applications, private enquiries, reports, support interactions and any other content or conduct on TTM.plus.
They also apply to attempts to use TTM.plus to arrange off-platform harm, fraud, harassment or evasion. They do not give the operator control over an unrelated dispute that has no meaningful connection to the Platform.
The standard we expect
- Be truthful about who you are, what you offer and what you know.
- Put worker, road-user, customer and community safety first.
- Respect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property and lawful differences.
- Keep jobs, listings and recommendations genuine, current and relevant.
- Use reports and administrator contact honestly and in good faith.
Part of the member agreement
These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Use. The current Community Guidelines version is 2026-08-19, effective 19 August 2026. Creating an account requires explicit acceptance of these Guidelines with the Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice.
Context matters
The examples in these Guidelines are not exhaustive. Review may consider the words or image used, context, apparent purpose, audience, actual or likely harm, public interest, professional relevance and whether reasonable safety information was included. Educational discussion of a risk is different from encouraging that risk.
Not an emergency channel
TTM.plus is not monitored continuously and must not be used as the only way to report an immediate danger, active crime, serious workplace incident or urgent road hazard. Follow the site emergency process and contact the appropriate local emergency service or authority first.
