Terms of Use
The detailed agreement for accounts, content, listings, member-to-member activity, acceptable use, moderation, risk and responsible participation on TTM.plus.
Effective date: 16 October 2026
These Terms form the agreement for using TTM.plus. They also explain the policies that apply and the meaning of important platform terms.
Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account or using a signed-in feature, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines, and the Advertising Policy, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use signed-in features.
Signup records the accepted versions and server time. The current versions are Terms 2026-10-16, Privacy 2026-08-19 and Community Guidelines 2026-08-19, Advertising Policy 2026-08-19. These Terms are effective 16 October 2026; each other policy states its own effective date.

Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority where you live, and legally capable of entering this agreement. If you use TTM.plus for an employer or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and to submit its information.
A person who has been suspended must not create or use another account to avoid a restriction unless the operator gives written permission after review.
Policy order and feature terms
The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. The Privacy Notice explains information handling but does not reduce a right under these Terms. A clearly labelled feature may have additional terms. If feature terms conflict with these Terms, the feature terms apply only to that feature and only to the extent of the conflict.
Changes to the agreement
Changes will be prospective, reasonable and identified by a new version or date. Material changes will be brought to members' attention and may require renewed acceptance before continued use of signed-in features. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Service and request account closure.
A change will not remove a mandatory right, impose a retrospective charge, or rewrite a completed member-to-member transaction where applicable law prohibits it.
